Building under construction insurance

If you are building your own home, protect the structure and any building materials on site against fire, storm, flood or lightning damage. And once it’s occupied, we can give you full home insurance cover.

Not really home insurance because a building site is not a place you can live in! But it can be expensive to repair a partly built property or replace site materials damaged by fire, storm, flood or lighting damage.

We will also provide cover for site clearance and professional fees (up to 10% of the buildings sum insured).
