Call 01 431 1202 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday to make a claim. This way, we can advise you personally based on your policy.
Once you call to make a claim, we’ll generate a Claim Reference Number. From there, we’ll send you the proper claim forms for you to complete. Once you send the completed claim forms and correct documents back to us, we’ll assess your claim within 5-10 working days.
You’ll then receive a call from us letting you know the outcome of the claim, or if there’s any information missing.
