How to renew your policy

1. Would you like to make any change(s) to your policy as part of the renewal?

2. Please get in touch

   If you wish to renew and change some of your policy details at the same time please call us on 1890 24 7 365 or pop into your local branch.

3. Do you want to pay your renewal fee in full, or by direct debit?

   Pay in fullPay by direct debit

4. Go to our Payments form

5. Select Pay renewal in full from the payment type options

6. Enter your details, your policy number and the renewal amount due (as shown on your renewal notice)

7. Click Go to payment You will then be transferred to our payment provider's website

8. Enter your credit/debit card details and submit the form

   Please don't close the browser window! You will be redirected once the payment process in complete

9. Confirmation - Thank you!

   We will email you with a receipt and confirmation of your policy renewal shortly

10. Did you pay your policy by direct debit last year?

    YesNo, I paid in full

11. If you are currently paying by direct debit you don't need to do anything. Your policy will renew automatically - please check your renewal notice for full details.
