MyAXA - Login and registration

  • I am having trouble logging into MyAXA - what should I do?

    To log into your MyAXA account, make sure you're using the email address that's associated with your account.

    If you've forgotten your password you can reset it.

    If you've attempted to reset your password, and you continue to experience difficulties please call us on 0818 7 365 24 so one of our team can help you troubleshoot the issue.

  • How do I register for MyAXA?

    If you've provided us with your email address, you can register here and follow the simple steps.

    You will need your:

    • Email address
    • Policy number
    • Date of birth

    We'll also send you a verification code to verify your account.

    Once registered you can change your email address at any time through your MyAXA account under “My Profile”.

  • Who can register for MyAXA?

    MyAXA is available to most of our Car and Home Insurance customers.

    Login to your MyAXA account, or to register for MyAXA you’ll need your policy number, email address and date of birth to create an account.

    Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your policy when registering.
