I bought my policy a while ago and still haven’t received my annual insurance cert.

Your annual insurance disc and certificate will be available once we receive all relevant documents. If you are unsure of what documents you have to forward to us, please go to your MyAXA account. Here you can see what documents we require, as well as being able to upload these outstanding documents – saving you time and effort. Most Motor customers can access MyAXA to download their annual insurance disc from their MyAXA account.
