I want to renew my car/home policy? How can I do this?

  • If you pay by monthly direct debit we will automatically renew your car, home and van policy. This information is also available on your renewal notice. Upon renewing online you may pay in one of two ways; pay the full amount up front, or you may pay by logging into your MyAXA account.

I want to renew my van policy? How can I do this?

  • If you would like to pay your renewal premium in full, you can do this online. Please click here and select "Pay renewal in full".

My car/home policy is due for renewal. How can I review my cover?

  • Your cover is listed on your policy schedule and statement of fact. You can access these documents in your MyAXA account. You may also find additional information on how to renew your policy online here.

My van policy is due for renewal. How can I review my cover?

  • To review cover on your van insurance policy please contact us on 1890 24 7 365 or visit one of our branches.

I want to cancel my car insurance policy. How can I do this?

  • Cooling off cancellation (new business cancellation)

    If you change your mind after you take out a car, home or van insurance policy with AXA, you can cancel this policy within 14 days. This is called the “cooling off” period.

    Mid-term cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your policy mid- term please return your certificate of insurance and insurance disc with a written request to:
