Up to 60% No Claims Discount
When you’re 6 years claim free.
€600 meter cover
Covers damage to meters, two way radios fitted GPS and receipt machines.
Up to €300 for windscreen breakage
Cover damage to your windscreen or windows, including cover for scratched paint caused by broken glass. A claim for this won’t affect your No Claims Discount.
Quality, guaranteed vehicle repairs
If you have an accident, we will pay to repair your taxi if it’s damaged. If you can’t drive it because the damage, we‘ll pay to get it to the nearest AXA-approved garage. After repair, we will deliver your taxi back to you.

Emergency treatment cover
If your vehicle has been in an accident, we’ll pay for your emergency treatment. A claim for this will not affect your No Claims Discount.
Third party liability cover
You are liable to pay if you accidently injure passengers or damage property while using your taxi. Liability cover provides any amounts that you legally have to pay, should the worst happen.
Driving of other cars
From time to time you may need to borrow a friend of family members’ car. You’ll have car insurance to drive other cars and taxis you don’t own, with the owner’s permission.

We understand that taxi drivers have different needs. For an additional cost, you can choose convenient extras to suit your work.

No Claims Discount protection
You can claim once without it affecting your No Claims Discount. You must be earning at least 50% No Claims Discount to qualify.
Personal accident cover
You’re on the road every day, so you know accidents happen all the time. This cover gives you financial help if you are seriously injured in an accident.
Motor rescue
Get peace of mind if you work late nights or early mornings with 24-hour roadside assistance if your taxi breaks down.

Increased meter cover
For up to €2000.
Increased glass breakage
For up to €1300.
Extended cover for driving other cars
Only available with comprehensive taxi insurance. This means when you drive other cars you have comprehensive cover, rather than the standard Third Party cover.
