Who can use the website?

If you have a current car, home, van, or motorbike policy with us, you qualify for AXA Plus.

If I provide personal information on your site or a partner site, is it secure?

We review every partner chosen for AXA Plus and they must be compliant with all requirements of the Data Protection Act. They must also have established and appropriate Privacy Policies and have appropriate methods in place for securing your information and information used during any transaction.

What are the advantages of using AXA Plus?

What are the savings?

The amount you'll save depends on the product or service, but you can always be confident that we're working with our partners to get you a better deal with AXA Plus.

Is there a limit to the number of times or products I can use?

There's no limit on the number of times you can take advantage of the AXA Plus offers and services. All offers are for personal use only, not business use. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Why should I register for AXA Plus?

When you register on the AXA Plus site you'll always be informed about our latest news and offers from our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time on our website or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Is there an AXA Plus Loyalty card?

Yes. You'll be issued with an AXA Plus Loyalty Card about 16 weeks after you take out a policy with us. Simply show your card before purchase to get the deal with any of our partners. For our online deals, enter the promo code for that deal at checkout.

What if I lose or misplace my AXA Plus loyalty card?

If you lose or misplace your AXA Plus Loyalty Card, simply fill in the replacement card form on our site or email us at axaplus@axa.ie with your name, address and policy number or car registration number and we'll issue your replacement card in the post. You can also call into your branch and they'll pass your information onto us. It can take up to 21 days to issue a replacement AXA Plus card, but we do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible.

How secure is my data?

AXA Plus is subject to AXA Ireland's Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy, which agrees that it will keep your personal data confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except where necessary for the administration of the AXA Plus customer Loyalty Programme or with your consent.

In relation to any competitions you enter on AXA Plus, your contact details will not be passed on to any third party. Only in the event of you winning will you receive any communication.

Is AXA Plus regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland?

AXA Plus does not require licensing, authorisation or registration with the Central Bank of Ireland as it is not covered by the Financial Regulator's requirements designed to protect consumers or by a statutory compensation scheme.

How do companies become a partner of the AXA Plus programme?
