Standard Van Insurance

Standard van insurance from AXA includes:

Unlimited cover for injury
Unlimited cover for injury to other people (pedestrians, passengers and other drivers).
€5 million protection
€5 million protection for any damage to other people’s property (for example hitting another vehicle, a wall or bridge).
Third party trailer cover
Provided you hold the correct licence category.
Emergency medical treatment
Emergency medical treatment at the scene of the accident.

Premier Van Insurance

Includes everything you get with standard van insurance, plus:

Reduced accidental damage excess
Pay less excess if you need to claim.
No Claims Discount Stepback
If you hold a No Claims Bonus of 4 years or more, you won’t lose your full discount if you need to claim.
New replacement van
If your van is less than 1 year old and repairs will cost more than 60% of the vehicle value.
Fire and theft claims will not affect your No Claims Discount.
€300 cover for windscreens and windows.

No Claims Discount protection
Only available with Premier. You worked hard to build up your No Claims Discount, so don't let one accident push you back. By protecting your discount, you can make one claim without impacting your no claims discount.
Motor rescue
24-hour breakdown assistance in Ireland.
Injury to driver
Did you know you're not covered if you are seriously injured in an accident that is your fault? Serious injury is considered as being hospitalised, limb or sight loss, or death. Injury to driver provides financial support should this ever happen, so you can concentrate on getting well.
Glass breakage
Glass cover will replace or repair broken or damaged windscreens or windows, excluding sunroofs. Plus, the body work on your van is covered if it's scratched from broken glass.
Extra benefits package
Only available on our Premier product. A mix of additional van extras including: replacement van hire costs, personal belongings up to €250, replacement locks up to €750, and fire brigade charges for up to €1,270 - for complete peace of mind.
