When is my renewal date?

Your cover dates can be found on your Certificate of Insurance or the policy schedule. If you have a car or home policy with us you can access these policy documents from your MyAXA account.


You will be notified of your renewal date approx. 3 weeks in advance. If you previously paid by direct debit then your policy may renew automatically.


If you need further help you can call us on 1890 24 7 365, but please be aware that, due to measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, you may have to wait longer than usual to speak to someone.
